Please note, due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Products that do not have any printing errors or damage.
- Issues related to customer-provided design errors (e.g., low-resolution images or spelling mistakes).
- General dissatisfaction with the product (such as size, color, or design preferences).
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the product is found to have been misused, damaged post-delivery, or if the claim is made beyond the 72-hour timeframe.
